there are many of problems in comes into network and some issues faced by ISP.there are different modems release by ptcl some of them are consider most favorite modems by clients and due to some problems few models of ptcl modems are not performing as much as you think.
many of time when you overload your modem by using multiple ports of modems you face the restart internet modem problem. it could easily see on modem by watching the lights of modem.there are different lights on modem some of them are shows internet LED DSL LED Power LED Port 1 ,2,3,4 and wifi supported routers having WAN LED light on modem. you can see your issue on modem if lights are blinking and stable these are different conditions.
E.g internet Led should blink constantly and DSL Led should be stable but some of modems blinks both Led Lights.if your light is red its mean you are facing Connecting issue from PTCL.
and if both are ok i.e DSL led Stable and SYS(internet)Led blinks and connectivity problem than what to do...
ReplyDeletei have bought new PTCl EVO router. internet light was not turning on on the modem so i tried to power reset the modem but the router get stuck and now only power light is on on the router and it remains green even after restart. no blinking of lights no connectivity nothing. even i tired to reset the router again but it not even resetng and is hanged please help me with the problem
