there is number of problems on different isp on the world. Ptcl is one of Famous Dsl broadband Services in pakistan. Ptcl is spread all around the Pakistan. there many of one stop shops in different cities. Network of ptcl is now spread all over the Pakistan.
Now these days people are facing the problem of Modem Restart again and again.it is basically Synchronizing problem your Modem Continuously restarting due to it.There is problem of fuse in junction box of ptcl.
you can ask your Line Dsl officer to check your fuse of ptcl in DP. if the fuse of your Dp is doing problem you will never enjoy the dsl services.
DSL services provider called this device a Fuse which is use on Main DB of internet Dsl Box on your main Road like a room. there is main of fuse use in this main box. these days people fuse are damaged due to any reasons and customers have no awareness about it you just need to ask your ptcl dsl engineer which is working on site that check your Fuse is working fine if not please ask him to replace it is very cheap and New chip of fuse give more good Results.

My modem was working perfectly fine but since last 3 days im facing a stupid issue. The modem restarts in like every 5 minute and its really annoying and ptcl doesnt do anything even if i complain so its hopeless. Poor ISP
