Modem Password Hacked or Not working

if you are using Ptcl internet and having the problem that you modem is not accessing the Modem console.
when you type 192.168.1.1 and box Showing that Server Required User name and password and then you entered Default user and password as admin admin but you cannot connect showing some error. protected object or Something else.

Get Your Modem in your hand and See the Reset Hole

1. Find the Hole of Reset label
2. insert a pin which could easily go inside.
3. press the pin till 10 Seconds
4. modem shows that restart on its lights

you have done now use Default user name and password.

2. Open internet explore or mozila type 192.168.1.1 press enter
   
3. type your admin user and password most of modems having
   admin user Name and Admin Password
   
4. on status find SNR margin Down if it is near to less then 20 or showing 7 or 8
5. You are facing the pair issue you need to refresh your isp port Complain on 1218 and tell them the SNR margin value.
6. if you are still facing problem uninstall Chrome it will decrease the time of Restarting the modem.
