    I am having problem with my landline, there is no dial tone instead certain noise like some bad signal & it is continuous. due to this, the broadband is disturbed, we cannot use the landline in any way. i have checked my handset, splitter the wires & have even changed the holders but none of this is helping. plz comply asap. my landline number is 02136723965

    Mera DSL connection Eid k badh sy abi tak connect nhi ho raha. PTCL Line ok hy. 1218 per 4 bar complain ker chuka hun but no response. Sahiwal PTCL Office b rabta hoa hy un ka lineman leave per hy dosra line man wo bhajwa nhi rahy. Please solve our problem on most urgent basis.

    My Ptcl landline is dead almost three days moreover I have DSL service too ( 021-35066263). I have complained many times but no response and still there is no dial tone and no connectivity of internet. Hopefully requesting you to kindly resolve this issue.
