My DSL Connection is 2.0 MBPS. It is not working at its actual speed for 3 months. The PTCL Speed Test results shows that:

I have complained several times and different complain nos. were provided but on actions happen. Only i just keep receiving calls that my problem is solved as per your knowledge and dial "1" to confirm.
The Latest complain in this regard was registered on 25th January 2013 (Complain No. 40) and same lack of professional ethics and corrupt business practices is being followed.
