if you are using Ptcl internet and having the problem that you modem is not accessing the Modem console.
when you type 192.168.1.1 and box Showing that Server Required User name and password and then you entered Default user and password as admin admin but you cannot connect showing some error. protected object or Something else.

Get Your Modem in your hand and See the Reset Hole
user admin and password Admin.
- Find the Hole of Reset label
- insert a pin which could easily go inside.
- press the pin till 10 Seconds
- modem shows that restart on its lights
